Rich Helmuth joined the StellarPeak Corp. management team as Vice President leading Business Development efforts. As Vice President for StellarPeak Corp., Rich Helmuth is responsible for working with the leadership team to develop the tactical and long-range growth strategy for the company. This includes the identification, qualification and capture of strategically relevant contract vehicles in accordance with the overall corporate organic growth strategy. As a member of the corporate Senior Leadership Team (SLT), he assists in developing the Strategic Growth Plan, which includes the analysis and reporting of key market growth areas ensuring opportunities align with the company’s resources and capabilities. Mr. Helmuth is also a key member of the M&A team where he assists in the evaluation/assessment of potential acquisition targets.
