As the Industrial Base Lead for StellarPeak, Katrina Pillow provides resolute project management, program and corporate leadership, direction with strategic endeavors, and experienced oversight. Ms. Pillow applies extensive lifecycle logistics, DoD, and corporate experience to expertly enhance procedures and policies for our Government customer, while leading the customer’s objective to establish their Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) enterprise practice.
Before joining StellarPeak, Ms. Pillow was Acting Director and Senior Logistics Analyst at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. in support of the National Guard Programs Directorate (NGP). Ms. Pillow supported business growth through new opportunity capture, market research, and opportunity risk management.
Ms. Pillow is a 26-year Army veteran, who served on active duty in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard in numerous assignments. Ms. Pillow was a Supervisor in the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) for Logistics, J-4, Supply Division. As Senior Army Logistics Officer, Ms. Pillow served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) advising interagency personnel and senior staff within DoD, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), the services and coalition partners on strategic logistics plans, policies and programs. Also, as the SME on supply chain policies and doctrine, coordinated with joint organizations infrastructure to identify equipment solutions, critical mission essential lists, industrial base statuses and availabilities for contingencies. She led analyses for strategic plans on supply logistics, identified shortfalls, and collaborated areas for remedial action to include risk management and mission assurance. Ms. Pillow was awarded the Legion of Merit for her distinguished achievements.
Ms. Pillow is an advocate of community service and lifelong learning. She serves as the following: Finance Officer for the Homeowners Association of Fairfax, VA, high school Basketball Coach and member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Ms. Pillow earned two advanced degrees, in Business Organizational Management and National Resource Strategy with a concentration in Supply Chain Strategic Management.
