As Chief Engineer for StellarPeak Corp., Bob Dillow provides comprehensive systems engineering oversight, analytical, and technical direction delivering innovative solutions to industry clients and Government customers. Mr. Dillow advises the StellarPeak Leadership Team on enterprise technical strategies and enhances business growth through keen insight into innovative customer-focused solutions.
Prior to joining StellarPeak, Mr. Dillow served as Enterprise Architect assigned to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD (R&E)) Mission Engineering Team. There, Mr. Dillow authored the Mission Engineering Plan of Actions and Milestones providing a holistic view of the activities needed to create, implement and sustain an organic Mission Engineering capability within OUSD (R&E).
As Chief Enterprise Architect for Serco’s C5I group, Mr. Dillow delivered Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and technical solutions to DoD and other Federal and Commercial clients in support of requirements development, acquisition, net-centric operational architectures, and command and control systems. Mr. Dillow received Serco’s Journey to Excellence Medallion Award for exceptional performance and his Enterprise Architecture Team won numerous awards and recognitions including the DoD Enterprise Architecture Achievement Award for their work in support of the Joint Space Operations Center.
Mr. Dillow is a 20-year Air Force veteran with extensive experience in the intelligence and space communities. His distinguished military career includes many special duty assignments in airborne reconnaissance, space control and operations continuity. During his Air Force flying career, Mr. Dillow flew over 1,200 hours as a Special Signals Operator aboard the RC-135 airframe.
Mr. Dillow earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland and his Master’s degree in Computer Resource Information Management from Webster University. Mr. Dillow is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
