We support the NGA customer in executing the Government’s oversight of all development contractor verification and validation (V&V) activities (includes V&V plans, procedures, and schedules) for each delivery.We execute independent tests of system functionality and, when required, enterprise integration tests in support of deliveries to the customer enterprise. As well, we identify special engineering analysis on technical issues that representsignificant risk or opportunity to the success of the customer mission and contribute to Mission Partner and other customer user organization RFCs and ECPs.Finally, we support the NGA customer as a charter member of the Operational Planning Group (OPG) and participated in shaping the GEOINT Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the year 2022.
Integrated Cyber / Security Solutions
Information Assurance | Testing, Monitoring, and Analytics | Policy and Procedures
StellarPeak Corp. currently supports the Network Security Deployment (NSD) Division on the DHS Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Support contract in two primary areas; information assurance engineering and requirements engineering. We contribute to effective and efficient systems engineering and integration services to the NSD program office in support of continued development of the National Cybersecurity Protections System (NCPS). Specifically, our information assurance engineering support includes creating and maintaining the security documentation for certification and accreditation (C&A) and reviewing system designs and proposed changes to identify potential security risks. Along with maintaining accreditation artifacts and conducting assessments of system safeguards, we conduct research and write / validate NIST 800-53Rev4 control responses. Our requirements engineering support encompasses writing and maintaining requirements process documents and decomposing and mapping requirements. Additionally, our employees apply their experience in intrusion detection and prevention systems, cybersecurity, and malware analysis.

We support the Government’s efforts to develop, manage and migrate solutions to Amazon’s C2S/AWS Cloud infrastructure. We make use of and enhance Amazon’s Public Sector accelerators and 3rd party tools to automate build and management of AWS infrastructure compliant with DHS TIC, FIPS Pub 199, NIST 800-53, 800-171, FISMA, DoD SRG, and ICS 500-27. We help implement continuous integration and full-lifecycle Cloud DevOPS. We enable accreditation and implementation of continuous security monitoring and operational controls. We perform special engineering analysis and independent tests of system functionality when required.

Modeling and Simulation Support | Design, Control, After-Action | Sustainment to Mission Rehearsal
StellarPeak Corp. provides instruction, war gaming, and practical application at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) participate in curriculum reviews and course updates. When updates affect supporting war games, we work with all TTGP staff syndicates to create detailed storyboards and war game planning products and supporting tactical and operational products. Once all supporting products are complete, we develop and test the updated war games to ensure the accuracy of the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) integration, and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) timing and completeness. We provide instructional support covering a tactical warfare and other operational topics. Instruction environments include formal classrooms and war games to include aboard ships. During all training phases, our staff engages with the training audience assisting with preparation/planning.
